Here's How I Lost Weight, Eating Whatever I want...

Hey there, it's Suzie. Most people think that weight loss is this depressing journey. They think that if they want to get in shape, it's time to drop the desserts and spend hours everyday on the treadmill. This is FAR from the truth. In fact, throughout my weight loss journey, I've only spend an average of 30 minutes per day working out.

 

I also stick to a flexible dieting plan. People don't realize that you get fat eating a surplus of calories and not necessarily because you have too much carbs.
